Registered Dietitian
We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team. We are flexible about the schedule and days of the week but estimate the total hours to be about 20 per week.
Our Dietitian works closely with our nursing staff as well as the food service department to ensure the nutritional needs of residents are met. This position performs assessments, participates in care conferences, and participates in menu planning, especially as related to special diets. The Dietitian provides food service educational programs as needed, acting as a resource to staff.
A bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or related field and achievement of the Registered Dietitian credential are required. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and works well independently or in collaborative situations. Previous experience, especially with the senior population, strongly preferred.
