Shorehaven’s Strength & Fitness Center

Stay fit and join an exercise class, the Shorehaven Strength and Fitness Center is here for you. Our nearly 11,000 sq. ft. facility is open to all residents and community members age 50 and better to support individuals on their fitness journey.

Class Schedule

With competitive rates and flexible scheduling, membership with the Shorehaven Strength and Fitness Center includes:

  • A personalized exercise program using equipment with our Strength and Fitness Center manager
  • Adaptive equipment, including an underwater wheelchair, water bike and treadmill

A Yoga studio and ample group space for Zumba, Pilates, and dance classes are here onsite within the Strength and Fitness Center. All seniors are welcome to participate in classes or purchase a membership to improve their health.
