Staff Nurse – Restorative Nurse – House Charge
Shorehaven is proud of its reputation and record as a 5 Star Skilled Nursing Home. We have several opportunities available to assist in providing care in our beautiful homelike setting. You will be able to develop relationships with residents while still finding professional satisfaction in dealing with complex medical needs.
Staff Nurse – RN or LPN – We can be flexible to accommodate your interest in full- or part-time employment on the Day (6 am – 2:15 pm) or PM shift (2 pm – 10:15 pm). Work in a household of up to 15 residents, providing care and overseeing Nurse Assistants. Schedules include every other weekend.
Restorative Nurse – RN or LPN – needed for two days/week (choose your own days); can be combined with staff nursing shifts if desired. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate the Restorative Nursing Program. Assist residents to attain and maintain their highest level of functional ability. You will train CNAs and work closely with our on-site Therapy provider. Long-term care experience required, restorative experience desirable.
House Charge, RN – Every other weekend, 6 am – 2:15 pm, is available as House Charge. Oversee residents and care staff of our 88-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. Supervise cares, coordinate with physicians, and act as a resource for staff. This position can be combined with the Restorative Nurse or a Staff Nurse position. Prior long-term care experience is required.
