24-hour personalized care providing a sense of home and family for our residents
If you or a loved one are interested in skilled nursing care, our Health Center with 24-hour personalized care might be just the solution for you. Residents live in a supportive, home-like setting with up to 15 individuals. Each household features opportunities for both private or semi-private bedrooms, as well as a shared living space, dining area, and kitchen. Our resident-centered approach enables residents to live life waking when they want, and dining as they choose, including made-to-order breakfasts and seasonal menus for lunch and dinner.
A nationally recognized model at Shorehaven for nearly two decades, the household concept encourages interaction, providing a sense of home and family for our residents.
Care is non-denominational and is Medicare certified.
Private room starting at $463 per day.
Services available for skilled nursing residents:
- 24-hour care
- A Christian ministry, serving all denominations
- Engaging activities programs, including art and music therapies, worship services, reminiscing and BINGO
- Access to the Center for Life Enrichment, Lake Terrace Clubhouse, the public Café LaBelle, Rockwell’s Restaurant and Service League Pavilion
- Meals, laundry, cable TV, WiFi
- Incidental supplies, including soap, toothpaste, lotion, house incontinence supplies, etc.
- Free 90-day membership to the Shorehaven Strength and Fitness Center to promote continued wellness
Intensive skilled care: $10 a day extra
Additional care includes tube feedings, nebulizer, extensive wound and dressing care, complex diabetic care, and venous lines. The daily rate does not include physicians, pharmacy, therapy, or specialized supplies and services.
