Senior Project Manager Chris Minnich of Oliver Construction toured the Shorehaven Memory Care remodeling project this week
, pointing out new cabinet, countertop, backsplash and sink installments, improved activity areas, lighting and flooring, and other cosmetic upgrades. “We hope to have this phase done by Christmas so that families can convene comfortably together over the holidays,” said Minnich. “We’re striving to create an attractive, functional, efficient and family friendly environment.” The manager said that this project is especially gratifying to Oliver employees “because we’re recreating spaces where people live, and are ultimately improving the lives of the residents.”
